SUMMER INTERN HOUSING APPLICATION

Thank you for considering the University of North Carolina Wilmington for your summer internship housing needs. Conferences, Events, & Reservations (CER) is pleased to offer summer intern housing for summer 2025 from Sunday, May 18 through Saturday, July 26, 2025 at 10am.

Applications received after Tuesday, May 13 will not be able to check-in to summer intern housing on Sunday, May 18th. Conferences, Events & Reservations will work with these applicants on the next available check-in date.

Summer intern housing is available to non-UNCW students, 18 and older, who are currently enrolled in a college/university program and are in the Wilmington area for an internship or educational opportunity, or employment.

To apply for summer internship housing, please complete and submit the below application. In this application, you will be asked to upload proof of enrollment as well as an offer letter from your internship/employment/involvement opportunity.

**If you have a roommate request, please have each roommate individually email clconferences@uncw.edu with request. Include all names you would like to live with. If you do not have a roommate request, Conferences, Events & Reservations will assign placement for you.**

Once completed, a member of our Conferences, Events, & Reservations staff will reach out within (2) business day to further discuss your request.

The following three forms of proof will be accepted:
-Tuition invoice or payment receipt: A receipt for tuition payments for the Fall 2025 semester.
-Confirmation of student status: An official letter that confirms a student's status, home address, and the university's term dates.
-Certificate of enrollment: A document that can be used to verify enrollment for student visas, immigration applications, or to confirm graduation.

Submission must be a document, screenshots will not be accepted.
